To play back your messages from the
base station
When you have new messages the
button flashes to indicate you
ON/OFF
have new messages. Your handset
display also shows the following
symbols
NB. The is only shown if the calls
list is set to "Answer all calls."
Play
• Press the
PLAY
messages are played first, followed by
any old messages.
During playback you have a number of
options available:
Stop

pause playback. Press again to resume.
• Press the button to skip back to

To delete individual messages
You can delete individual messages as
required.

To delete all messages
You can also delete all your messages

Please note
You must play your messages before
you are able to delete them.
To record a memo from the
base station
You can use the handset to record a
memo message for other people using
your Diverse 3016.
Record Stop
• Press the
RECORD
The handset rings.
• Press the

record your memo after the beep.
• To stop recording, either press the
button at the base or the
STOP
button on the handset.

Recording will stop automatically if you
pause for longer than 8 seconds when
recording your memo.
