SERVICING YOUR GENERATOR

AIR CLEANER SERVICE

1. Open the maintenance cover to access the air cleaner.

2. Pull the air cleaner cover latch to the unlocked position, and remove
the cover.
Remove the wing nut from the paper filter element.
Remove the paper filter element and foam filter element from the air
cleaner case.
Remove the foam filter element from the paper filter element.
FOAM FILTER ELEMENT

3. Inspect both filter elements, and replace them if they are damaged.
Always replace the paper filter element at the scheduled interval
(see page 40
