Fuel

Add fuel to the generator in a well-ventilated area. Never refuel the
engine inside a building where gasoline fumes may reach flames or
sparks. Keep gasoline away from appliance pilot lights, barbecues,
electric appliances, power tools, etc. Spilled fuel is not only a fire
hazard, it causes environmental damage. Wipe up spills immediately.
This engine is certified to operate on unleaded gasoline with a pump
octane rating of 86 or higher. Refer to page
recommendations.
1.
Remove the fuel tank cap.
2.
Fuel carefully to avoid spilling fuel. Do not fill the fuel tank above the
upper level mark (red) on the fuel strainer.
3.
After refueling, reinstall the fuel tank cap securely.

Stop the engine and keep heat,

Handle fuel only outdoors.
