11.1.3 Exception Numbers

Specify numbers that must be dialed directly in all cases. The main purpose is to make
sure that special numbers such as operator voice mail and the like are not considered
for any special routing via the AMC.
To specify more than one number, separate them with dashes "-" (no white spaces).
Note:
Emergency numbers do not have to be specified here, as they are treated sep-
arately. The major emergency numbers for all continents such as 112 and 911 are
preloaded in the AMC. If you have any special or regional numbers however, you can
configure them here.

11.1.4 OTA-URL

The OTA-URL is the link to the Aastra administration portal, from where the AMC+ will
download the configuration (including license), Feature file and LCR file.

11.1.5 Fast Forwarding Number

Configure the phone number for the phone you want to have as Fast Forwarding des-
tination In most cases this will be your desk-phone number, but it can be any number.
The AMC will offer the option Fast Forwarding in the in-call features menu. This option
can be used to transfer an active call instantly to the pre-configured number.

11.1.6 Security locked?

Set this to Yes if you have activated the native device security lock (with PIN). The AMC
will then not move to the foreground if you receive an Enterprise call.
Set this to No if you want the AMC to move to the foreground no matter what the status
of your security lock is.

11.1.7 Auto Answer?

Activate this feature if there are certain calls that the AMC should pick up by itself
(no green key activation necessary). This can be used to automatically pick up a call
forwarded from your desk phone to the AMC.
Note:
This will not lead to automatic answers for any inbound calls! You can also spec-
ify numbers which should be picked up automatically, please refer to 11.1.15.
