Questions and answers
I have had a 24hr blackout and my screen is blank
If your Bosch ICP-CC488 screen is blank after a 24-hour blackout, you must reset the system time, as it resets every time the system is powered down. Use the 24-hour HHMM format (e.g., 10:30 PM as 2230).

My home alarm keeps going off once the alarm has been set even though there's no one in the sensor area. I've reprogrammed the setting codes, but that's not made any difference?
The Bosch ICP-CC488 home alarm may keep going off after being set, even with no movement in the sensor area, because a zone was unsealed at the end of Exit Time and was automatically isolated. If that zone (e.g., an open window) is later closed and then reopened, it becomes active and triggers an alarm. This can happen if forced arming is enabled and an unsealed zone is not properly sealed or manually isolated before arming.
