The rule above may be changed depending on the system configuration in the user side.
Set the controller's AL-PA so that it is different from the AL-PA of any other
FibreChannel equipment in the same host FC group.
Rule on Loop ID assignment
Basic value: 1Fh.
Decrement by one if loop duplication occurs.
Basic value: 0Fh.
Decrement by one if loop duplication occurs.
Basic value: 10h.
Increment by one if loop duplication occurs.
Conforms to the rules in the server if any.
The basic value is "10h" if no rule is defined in the server.
Increment by one if loop duplication occurs.
