BREAD
Kefir x 200g
Egg yolk (with some egg white) x 1
Dry yeast x 1 teaspoon
Flour x 300-350g
Sugar x 1 tablespoon
Salt x 1 teaspoon
Olive oil x 1 tablespoon
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix the dough.
- Brush the multi-cooker bowl with oil, and place the dough inside.
- Press the MENU button, setting to the 'Warm-up' mode for 20 minutes. Cover the lid.
- Once done, keep the dough under the lid for another 40 minutes in the multicooker bowl.
- Press the MENU button, setting to the 'Bread' mode for 60 minutes, at the default temperature of
140℃.
