This number is printed on the sales receipts, journal records and management reports issued by the cash register.     NDIVIDUAL LERK With the Clerk System active, you can assign an operational status to each clerk that defines whether the clerk can perform certain types of transaction. You can then also define a 3-digit password that the clerk must enter to operate the cash register.
