Malfunctions with iSCSI connections

Malfunction
After connecting to the
iSCSI target, no LUNs are
displayed.
After connecting to the
iSCSI target, "LUN FAIL"
appears below a node.
LUN mapping is not
possible.
8.4

LEDs

The VOT-320 has LEDs on its camera module that show the operating status and can give
indications of possible malfunctions (see Section 3.4 Controls and displays on the camera
module, page 15):
CONNECT (opening A)
Does not light up:
Lights up green:
Lights up red:
Flashes green:
Flashes red:
LINK and ACT (opening B)
Green LED lights up:
Orange LED lights up:
LED group D (opening D)
UP (red):
LEFT (red):
RIGHT (red):
DOWN (red):
WND (red):
HTR (red):
PWR (orange):

Possible causes
Incorrect LUN mapping during
iSCSI system configuration.
The LUN list could not be read,
as it was assigned to the wrong
network interface.
Some iSCSI systems do not
support the use of an initiator
extension.
VOT-320 is switched off.
VOT-320 is running.
Startup in progress.
Video transmission.
Firmware upload failed.
Link: Network connection established.
Activity: Data transmission via network connection.
Pan/tilt is moving up.
Pan/tilt is moving left.
Pan/tilt is moving right.
Pan/tilt is moving down.
Window heater is switched on.
Printed circuit board heating is switched on.
VOT-320 is switched on.
