how fiber pulp is manufactured.

long dimension of the paper (long grain) or perpen-
dicular to the long dimension (short grain.)
This characteristics ("Long" or "Short") is usually
specified on the paper package. The dimensions
listed on a paper ream list the long grain dimension
last. If short grain is specified on a ream of letter-size
paper, the size reads 11 in. by 8 1/2 in.
