Q. What is the expected average life of a SuperScript
610 Toner Cartridge?
The Starter Toner Cartridge prints approximately
2,000 pages at 5% black-to-white ratio.
Replacement toner cartridges print approximately
4,000 pages at 5% black-to-white ratio. Actual
page life depends upon your print applications.
Q. How will I know when it is time to change the
Toner Cartridge?
When the output is light, try to redistribute the
toner.
If a light print output persists even after redistrib-
uting the toner, replace the Toner Cartridge.
Q. Can other brands of toner cartridges be used on
the SuperScript printer?
No. Only SuperScript 610 Toner Cartridges
manufactured by NEC can be installed in the
printer.
Q. Can the toner cartridge be refilled?
Do not attempt to refill a used cartridge as
damage to the printer may result. Replacing toner
does not account for the fact that other parts of
the cartridge (seals, electrophotographic drum)
have exceeded their designed life.
