Troubleshooting
3. When the paper cannot be seen inside the printer,
pull it straight out slowly from the face-up tray or
the face-down door.
CAUTION: Be sure to check if the paper can be seen
inside the printer. The steps for removing the
jammed paper are different and it is important to
follow the proper procedure (item 2 or 3).
