Problems
This message means that the SuperScript soft-
ware cannot detect the printer. Make sure the
printer is turned on, and that it is firmly
connected to your PC by a standard parallel
cable. Check that the green status light is lit, or
is slowly blinking indicating that the printer is in
Power Saving Mode. Also try turning the
printer off and on again. If the problem persists,
there may be something wrong with the PC port.
