will still exist on related open PRs, POs, RFQs,
work orders, and so on. This might result in
problems receiving/approving these lines.

Enter item issues.
Used when issuing material.
INVISSR
Enter item issue returns.
Used when returning material.
INVISSWO
Update work order actual cost, equipment
INVCOSTs.
Used when processing issues or returns.
Meant to handle system to system cases
where these updates will be done separately.
