This diagnostic indicates the out-of-band control channel status. The information is
updated every 5 seconds.
Description
Purchase request sent by the controller.
Sequence number and time of the last send poll buffer command that was sent by
the controller.
Sequence number and time of the last Poll Acknowledge message sent by the
controller.
