    Boot Cycle After connecting the proper cabling to the DCT3080, plug the power cord into the DCT3080 and electrical wall outlet. Begin performing the boot cycle procedure: After a few moments, the LED displays HUNT and then FR 1. The DCT3080 searches for the headend out-of-band (OOB) frequency carrier.
