Heating programs

You can select from twelve heating programs the most favourable one for the food you want to cook. Each heating program is switched on at a pre-set
cooking temperature. This cooking temperature can be changed.

Note: The rapid heating levels switch back to the ordinary heating programme after rapid heating.
Applications
Baking cakes with a dry topping, e.g. streusel cake,
intensive roasting of large joints and large birds such as
goose or turkey.
Preheating the oven,
baking sponges and moist cake.
Grilling large quantities of food such as steack,fish and
sausages. Also browning toast dishes and gratins.
Roasting, baking and cooking on several levels.
Rapid heating
Grilling smaller portions.
Place the meat onto the centre of the roasting grid.
Rapid defrosting
Roasting meat, fish and poultry
Pre-baking very moist cake, preserving
Defrosting, proving yeast dough to rise
Baking bread, pizza and moist cake, preserving
