► touch to switch to embroidery screen and embroider
the border
► in the embroidery menu and embroidery screen it's
possible to change the embroidery speed
Embroidery speed
Depending on the embroidery position and the high speed
achievable with the BERNINA 830 when embroidering with
the Jumbo and Mega hoop, you have speed options from
which to choose.
Default is optimum speed and, in addition, maximum
speed is also available. In order to activate maximum
speed .
► touch the icon «embroidery speed»
► the maximum embroidery speed-mode for Mega and
Jumbo hoop is activated
► please note that the quality of the embroidered motif
cannot be guaranteed with maximum speed
► by touching the icon «embroidery speed» again or by
switching off or on the embroidery computer, the
optimum embroidery speed is activated again
► after the reference points are stitched, touch the
«Endless embroidery» icon
► an animation shows that the fabric must be rehooped
► rehoop fabric so that the stitched reference points are in
the top embroidery area of the hoop
► when rehooping, make sure that the reference points do
not lie too near the edge of the hoop, or they will be out
of the stitching area (at least 3cm from the top edge of
the hoop)
► attach hoop, then touch the «Next» icon
► the hoop is moved near the last stitch
► using the stitch width and/or the stitch length knob,
move the hoop until the needle is over the last stitch
► touch to switch to the embroidery screen and
continue embroidering
► repeat these steps until the border is the desired length
► «Auto» is activ, the hoop moves automatically to the last
reference point
► the arrow buttons can be used to specify on which side
of the embroidered section the next one is to be joined
► hoop fabric accordingly
