Headlight Bulb Replacement
It is not necessary to remove the
headlight when bulb replacement
becomes necessary.

2 Bulb retainer
Warning
The bulbs become hot during use.
Always allow sufficient time for the
bulbs to cool before handling.
Avoid touching the glass part of
the bulb. If the glass is touched or
gets dirty, clean with
before re-use.
Maintenance and Adjustment
To replace a bulb.
Remove the seats.
Disconnect
(black) lead first.
Disconnect the multi-pin electrical
connector
replaced and remove the rubber

cover.
Detach the wire bulb retainer from
the clip. It is not necessary to undo
the screw.
Remove the bulb from the headlight
unit.
Installation is the reverse of the
removal procedure.
Position Lamp Bulb Replacement

The position lamps are fitted to the
base of each headlight. To replace a
bulb, detach the rubber holder from
the headlight base and pull out the
bulb.
