Consumer states unit will spray through the hose, but not to the floor.

Solution 1:
Squeeze and release the trigger, does the trigger spring back when released?

Check the square valve on unit
How?
Use screw driver to remove screws in upper
handle. Remove the upper handle of the unit
Switch the unit on. Manually press the trigger
Inspect handle, is the push rod moving in
relationship to the trigger.

1800 number again and
press option 3 for spare

replacement handle
Is the square valve in place?

Fill tank-in-tank with hot water and replace in unit
Turn unit off and hold the trigger in for 30 seconds
Turn unit on. Remove the cap from the flow indicator located on
the left hand side of the tank-in-tank assembly. Does water come
through the flow indicator when the trigger is pressed?
Place a towel under the
machine or make sure the
machine is on a surface that
would not be damaged by
water
Yes, pour hot tap water (½ - 1
cup) into the flow indicator
Let the unit sit for about 30 seconds. Put flow
indicator cap on. Turn unit on. Does water came out
through to the floor now?
No, proceed to solution 2
