CMR Run the EXV electrical drive circuit test both on demand from
the human interface and just before either a circuit or one of a
pair of circuits starts.

evaporator pressure exceeded 350 PSID for 0.8-5.0 seconds.
320 PSID must hold, 320 + to trip in One Hour.
