Temperature differential for calculating the heating limit.
The heating limit defines the value of
the outside temperature, below which
central heating commences. This tem-
perature limit results from the set
room temperature minus this tem-
perature differential.
Example:
The set room temperature is 20 °C;
the temperature entered under
"Temp. diff. heating" is 4 K.
Central heating commences if the
long-term average outside tempera-
ture drops below 16 °C (heating limit).
If the long-term average outside tem-
perature exceeds 18 °C (because of
the specified hysteresis of 2 K).cen-
tral heating stops.
