NOTE:Foodsthat spoileasily-such as milk,eggs,
fish,stu_ngs, poultry and pork-should not be allowed
to sit for more than 1 hour beforeor after cooking.
Room temperaturepromotes thegrowth of harmful
bacteria.
Youcanset the ovencontrol to delay-startthe oven
in Bake,ConvectionBakeor ConvectionRoastfor a
specificlength
of time and then turn off automaticatty. A lsoseethe
TimedBakingand TimedRoastingand the Timed
ConvectionBakingand TimedRoastingsections.
Makesure the clock showsthe correct time of day.
1 Touch OPTIONS.
2 Touch DELAYSTART.
3 Fordouble oven modelsonly, touch UPPER OVEN
or LOWER OVENto selectthe desiredoven.
4 Two delay start time setting options are available:
• START COOKTIME- Touch and then usethe
numbers to set the amount of time before
you want cooking to start. Touch ENTER. F or
example,if you want cooking to begin in
2 hours,enter 2,0 and 0.
FINISHCOOKTIME- Touch and then usethe
numbers to set the amount of time beyond the
time of day that you want cookingto end. Touch
ENTER. F orexample if it is 12:00, y our cooking
time is2 hours and you want to serve dinner at
5:00,then enter 3,0 and 0.

Touch BAKE, C ONVECTION BAKEor CONVECTION
ROAST as desired.
Touch the numbers to set the desiredtemperature.
Touch ENTER.
Touch the numbers to set the desiredlength of
cooking time.
Touch ENTER.
Two start options are availablewhen the delayed
start time is reached:
• PRE-HEATED S TART - Touchto select preheat.
When the delayed start time is reached,the oven
will turn on and preheatwill begin.
Theconvectionfan will turn on during preheating.
Thecontrol will signalwhen the
oven is preheated-this will take approximately
10 minutes.Thescreenwill show the set
temperature.
COLDSTART - Touch to selectfor the oven to
start immediately (without preheating)when the
delayed start time is reached.Theconvection fan
will alsoturn on.
Fordouble oven models only,to set the second oven,
select PRESS T O MAKELOWER OVENSELECTIONS or
PRESS T O MAKEUPPER OVENSELECTIONS a s needed
and follow the above steps.

Theset temperature may be changed by touching
CHANGE TIME-TEMP for the appropriate oven.
Thesettings may be cancelledby touching B
for the appropriate oven.
Thetimer can be set by touching SETKITCHEN TIMER.

When the delayed start time is reached,the oven
will start and continue to cook for the programmed
amount of time,then shut off automatically, unlessthe
Cookand Holdfeature was set.Seethe Cookand Hold
section.
After cooking iscomplete the ovenwill signaland
"MORE TIME"will display for five minutes.Checkfood
for doneness.If more cookingtime is needed,touch
MORE TIMEand enter additional cooking time.
If not selected,the screenwill automatically clear
in five minutes.
