You can set the oven control to delay-start the oven,
cook for a specific length of time and then turn off
automatically. See also the Delay Start Option section.
Make sure the clock shows the correct time of day.
1 Touch CONVECTIONBAKEor CONVECTION
ROAST.
2 Fordouble oven models only, touch
UPPEROVENor LOWEROVENto select
the desired oven.
3 Two rack options are available:
, SINGLERACK-Touch for cooking food items
on only one rack in convection bake.
, MULTI-RACK- Touch for cooking food items
on more than one rack (i.e.2 or 3 racks) at
the same time in Convection Bake. Seethe
Multi-Rack Convection Baking section for more
information.
/4 Touch the numbers to set the desired
temperature.
5 Touch ENTER.
6 Touch the numbers to set the desired length
of cooking time.
7 Touch ENTER.
8 Touch ADD BAKEOPTION.
9 Touch DELAYSTART.
10 Two delay start time setting options are
available:
, STARTCOOKTIME - Touch and then
use the numbers to set the amount of time
before you want cooking to start. Touch
ENTER. F orexample, if you want cooking
to begin in 2 hours, enter 2, 0 and 0.
, FINISHCOOKTIME- Touch and then use the
numbers to set the amount of time above the
cooking time that you want cooking to finish.
Touch ENTER. F or example, if your cooking
time is 2 hours and you want to serve dinner
in 5 hours, then enter 5, 0 and 0 and the oven
will start in 3 hours.
11 Two start options are available when
the delayed start time is reached:
. PRE-HEATED START - Touch to select preheat.
When the delayed start time is reached,
the oven will turn on and preheat will begin.
The convection fan will turn on during
preheating. The control will signal when the
oven is preheated-this will take approximately
10 minutes. The screen will show the set
temperature.
, B- Touch to select for the oven to start
immediately (without preheating) when the
delayed start time is reached. The convection
fan will turn on.
For double oven models only, to set the second oven,
select PRESSTO MAKE LOWER OVEN SELECTIONS
or PRESSTO MAKE UPPER

OVENSELECTIONS as needed and follow
the above steps.
The set temperature may be changed by touching
CHANGETIME-TEMPfor the appropriate oven.
The settings may be cancelled by touching CANCEL
for the appropriate oven.
The timer can be set by touching SETKITCHEN
TIMER.See the Kitchen Timer section.
When the delayed start time is reached, the oven
will start and continue to cook for the programmed
amount of time, then shut off automatically, unless
the Cook and Hold feature was set. Seethe Cook
and Hold section.
After cooking is complete, the oven will signal and
"MORE TIME"will display for five minutes. Checkfood
for doneness. If more cooking time is needed, touch
MORETIME and enter additional cooking time. If not
selected, the screen will automatically clear in five
minutes.
