Configure the QLogic Adapter in Windows Server

To enable the connections to the QLogic adapter:
1.
Open the Network Connections window in the Control Panel, or directly from
the desktop if the icon exists
Note that if an IP address has not been assigned, the QLogic adapter entry
says Limited or no connectivity.
