End-user Access
1) In the right pane, scroll down and right-click on Network access: sharing and security model
for local accounts policy, select Properties. The Network Access window appears:

2) Select the Define this policy setting check box.
3) Select Classic—local users authenticate as themselves from the drop-down list.
4) Click OK.
