The Rotary Control is used to scroll through the available character set which includes
letters, numbers, and symbols. Function buttons #1 and #2 move the active data entry
point left and right through the data fields. The NAME field holds a maximum of 8 charac-
ters, and the DESCRIPTION field holds a maximum of 28 characters. Pressing button #3
(DONE) displays the following message "Accept these changes? Press ENTER to confirm, or
any other key to cancel". Pressing ENTER saves the current system configuration and name
entered as a preset and returns to the Store Presets Menu.
Rename Preset Menu
The Rename Preset Menu is reached from the Operating Menu by selecting
(SETUP/MORE.../STORE_P/RENAME).
The Rename Preset Menu is used to rename a current preset. This menu is the same as the
Store Preset Menu, except that only the new name, and not the current system configura-
tion is saved.
Test Functions Menu
The Test Functions Menu is reached from the Operating Menu by selecting
(SETUP/MORE.../MORE.../TEST).
Selecting METER LAMPTST lights all of the meter LED's. Selecting METER WALKBIT lights
each of the meter LED's sequentially. Selecting METER NORMAL returns the system status
indicators and level meters to normal operation. CD is for test purposes only, and must be
left in NORMAL for correct level metering.
The ADT, DAT and DO sub-menus are for field service and manufacturing test only.
