Digital Input Menu

In all DD operating modes, the Digital Input Menu is reached from the Operating Menu by
selecting (SETUP/INPUT). This menu appears in different forms depending on whether
1_X, 2_X or 4_X digital input DD operating modes are selected.
In 44.1 kHz (1_X) DD input modes:
Function button #1 (HDCDBIT) selects the Digital Input HDCD Code Detect Menu, button
#3 (HDCD_IN) selects the Digital Input HDCD_16 Decoding Menu, button #5 (REF_CLK)
selects the Digital In Reference Clock Menu. Menu descriptions are on pgs. 56, 57 and 58.
In 88.2 kHz (2_X) DD input modes:
Function button #1 (HDCDBIT) selects the Digital Input HDCD Code Detect Menu, button
#2 (FILTERS) selects the 2X to 1X Filter Mode Menu, button #3 (REF_CLK) selects the
Digital In Reference Clock Menu, button #4 (REF_FRQ) selects the External Ref Clock Fre-
quency Menu and button #5 (FORMAT) selects the Digital Input Format Menu. Descriptions
of these menus are on pages 55, 56, 57 and 58. In 176 kHz (4_X) DD input modes the
Digital Input Menu is the same as in 88.2 kHz modes, except that function button #5
(FORMAT) is deleted.

In all DD operating modes, the Digital Input HDCD Code Detect Menu is reached from the
