Controlling with the remote control
Without using the "operation menu icon" on the Now Playing view,
USB devices can be operated directly with the remote control.
Press ENTER.

Starts playing back the selected song.
II II Pauses playback.
m Stops playback.
External Searches backwards, while the button is
device _'_ pressed.

_-_ Searches forwards, while tile button is pressed.
Skips to the beginning of the song now playing,
or to the song previously playing.
Skips to the next song.
Repeat/random playback
Make a setting for playing a USB device repeatedly or in random
order.
• When connecting an iPod with a USB cable, the settings of shuffle playback are
available in addition to the repeat playback (p.51).
Press USB to select "USB" as the input source.
2 Press OPTION.
• Press RETURN to return to the previous display while operating the menu.
5 Press the cursor keys (<_/E>)to adjust the setting.
Off Turns off the repeat function.
Plays back a song repeatedly.
Single _ Repeat Single icon appears on the Now
Playing view (p.56).
Repeat Plays back all songs in a folder (directory).
All _ Repeat All icon appears on the Now
Playing view (p.56).
Plays back songs in random order.
Random E_ Random icon appears on the Now Playing
view (p.56).
Press OPTION to close the menu.
Press the cursor keys (/\Iv) to select "Repeat."
