C.2.10 Chartview Functional Check (if activated)
1. Power on the G900X in Normal mode.
2. Select the "AUX – System Status" page on the MFD.
3. Verify the ChartView database cycle number is displayed in blue text and the ChartView database
is current.
4. From the Navigation Map page, press the SHW CHRT softkey.
5. Verify the airport chart is displayed and the following softkeys are displayed:

CHRT OPT
•
CHRT
•
INFO
•
DP
•
STAR
•
APR
•
WX
•
NOTAM
•
GO BACK
6. Press the CHRT OPT softkey and verify the softkeys advance to the following level:
•
ALL
•
HEADER
•
PLAN
•
PROFILE
•
MINIMUMS
•
FIT WDTH
•
FULL SCN
•
BACK
7. Select the Navigation Map page.
8. Press the MENU key to display the page menu.
9. Turn the FMS know to select "Show Charts" and press the ENT key.
10. Use the FMS knob to select the Airport Identifier Box.
11. Use the FMS knob to enter the airport identifier for New Century airport (KIXD) and press the
ENT key.
12. Press the APR softkey.
13. Using the FMS knob scroll through the available charts.
14. Press the ENT key to complete the chart selection and verify the appropriate chart is displayed.
