Set the DSC MODE switch to 'IAPE to record
vide() on tape.

Press in the Lock button and set the POWER
switch
to the CAMERA
position.
The camcorder
enters
the
record
stand,by
mode.
Note: The camcorder
automatically
turns off
to save battery
power
if you leave it in record-
standby mode for more than five minutes.
To
turn it back on, set the POWER switch to OFF.
Press in the Lock button
and set the POWER
switch to CAMERA.

switch to AUI'O
to have the camcorder
auto_z_atically select the
best settings fk)r your recording.
