or tapes in a car or outdoors
for an extended
period of time.
Excessive heat or cold might damage
tapes.
Keep tapes away fiom strong magnetic
fields such as electric motors, speakers,
and
other devices.
Keep dust fiom entering
the cassette tape compartment.
All dust is abrasive and
causes excessive wear on the tape and the camcorder's
recording
and playback
heads.
Never use tapes with damaged
or spliced tape.
Do not use a tape if it has been damaged
or exposed
to moisture.
The tape might
jam and/or
damage the camcorder.
