14. LCD CONTROLLER
This IC is a chip with LCD controller arid driver built in. The Gate Array (IC301) needs only write ASCII code from the data
bus (D4-D7). V1 through V5 are power supplies for crystal drive. R360, R361, R363 are density control resistors.
Consequently,
in this set the timing (mainly positive clock) is generated by the LCD interface circuitry of the gate array
(IC301).
