Your Kenmore ® product is designed, manufactured
and tested to provide years of dependable operation. But like all products, it may
require service from time to time. The Sears Maintenance Agreement offers you an outstanding
service program, affordably priced.
The Sears Maintenance
Agreement
Is your way to buy tomorrow's service at today's price
Eliminates repair bills resulting from normal wear and tear
Provides phone support from a Sears technician on products requiring in-home repair
Even if you don't need repairs, provides an annual Preventive Maintenance Check, at your request, to ensure that your product is in
proper running condition.

WARRANTY
FULL ONE-YEAR
WARRANTY
For one year from the date of purchase, Sears will pay for
replacement parts and repair labor to correct defects in material
or workmanship.
SECOND
THROUGH
THIRD YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
For second through third year from the date of purchase, Sears
will pay for replacement parts for coil surface elements or oven
elements to correct defects in materials or workmanship.
SECOND
THROUGH
FIFTH YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
For second through fifth year from the date of purchase, Sears
will pay for:
A. Replacement
parts for radiant elements to correct defects in
materials or workmanship.
B. Replacement
radiant glass if breakage is due to defects in
materials or workmanship.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
BY WARRANTY
Sears will not pay for:
A. Service calls to:
1. Correct the installation of your range.
2.
Instruct you on how to use your range.
3. Replace house fuses or correct house wiring.
4. Replace owner-accessible
light bulbs.
B. Repairs when your range is used in other than normal, single-
family household use.
C. Pickup and delivery. Your range is designed to be repaired in
the home.
D. Damage to your range caused by accident, alteration,
misuse, abuse, fire, flood, acts of God, or use of products not
approved by Sears.
E. Repairs to radiant glass cooktop if it has not been cared for
as recommended
in your Use and Care Guide.
F. Repairs to parts or systems resulting from unauthorized
modifications
made to the appliance.
G. Travel or transportation
expenses for customers who reside in
remote areas.
H. Replacement
parts or repair labor costs for units operated
outside Canada.

Any labor costs during the limited warranty.
SEARS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL
OR
CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES.
Some provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
incidental or consequential
damages, so this exclusion or
limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific
legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from
province to province.

WARRANTY SERVICE IS AVAILABLE BY CONTACTING THE
NEAREST SEARS SERVICE CENTER IN CANADA. This warranty
applies only while the product is in use in Canada.
