Using the broi]er pan and grid provided, heated
air will be circulated ove_; under and around the
ti)od being roasted. The heated air seals in juices
quickly for a moist and tender
interior while, at the
same time, creating a rich go]den brown exterim:
When w)u are convection roasting, it is important
that you use the broi]er pan and grid. The pan is
used to catch grease spills and the grid is used to
prevent grease spatte_ and a]h)w heated air to
circulate trader the meat and increase browning
on the unde_i(]e of the meat or pou]t_ T.
