'* Properly ground dryer to conform witb all
governing codes and ordinances. Follow derails
in Installation InsU'uctions.
o Install or store where it will not be exposed
to temperatures below fi'eezing or exposed to
tim weatbeE
o Connect to a properly rated, protected and
sized power supply circuit to avoid elecu'ical
overload.
'* Remove all sharp packing items and dispose
of all shipping materials properly.
Exhaust/Ducting:
_Gas drym_ MUST be exhausted to tim
outside.
_ Exhausting elecu'ic dryers to the outside is
strongly recommended to prevent large
amounts of moisture and lint from being
blo,_qa into dm room.
_Use only rigid metal 4" diameter ductwork
inside tbe dryer cabinet. USE OF PLASTIC
OR OTHER COMBUSTIBLE DUCTWORK
CAN CAUSE A FIRE. PUNCTURED
DUCTWORK CAN CAUSE A FIRE IF 1T
COLLAPSES OR BECOMES OTHERWISE
RESTRICTED IN USE OR DURING
INSTALLATION.

YOUR LA UNDR Y AREA
• Keep tim area underneath and around your
appliances fi'ee of combustible materials
(lint, papm; rags, etc.), gasoline, chemicals
and other flammable ,rapors and liquids.
• Keep tim floor around your appliances clean
and dry to reduce tim possibility of slipping.
• Close supervision is necessary if dais appliance
is used by or near children. Do not allow
children to play on, with or inside this or
any otber appliance.
• Keep tim area around tim exhaust opening
and adjacent surrounding areas free from tbe
accumulation of lint, dust, and dirt.
• Keep all laundry aids (such as detergents
and bleaches) out of tim reach of"children,
preferably in a locked cabinet. Observe all
warnings on container labels to avoid injury.
• Never climb on or stand on tim dryer top.
