your VCR
] Slide the remote control mode selector to "AUDIO/TV/VCR."
2 Press and
hold
VCR ©/I.
Keep it pressed until step 4 is finished.
3 Press VCR CONTROL.
4 Press NumBer Buttons (1-9, O) to enter a manufacturer's code
(2 digit).
See the list below to find the code.
Examples:
For a Philips VCR, press 0, then 9.
For an NEC VCR, press 2, then 5.
5 Release VCR ©/I.
6 Try to operate your VCR by pressing VCR 0/I.
When your VCR turns on or off, you have entered the correct code.
If there are more than one cord listed for your brand of VCR, try each one
until you enter the correct one.

Turns on and off the VCR.
• After pressing VCR CONTROL, you can use the following buttons for operating
your VCR:
PLAY:
STOP:
PAUSE:
• REC:
CHANNEL +/-:
Starts playback.
Stops operation.
Pauses playback.
Fast forwards a video tape.
Rewinds a video tape.
Press this button together with PLAY to start recording.
Press this button together with PAUSE to pause
recording.
Changes the TV channels on the VCR.
