Dehydrate
Dehydration (Drying) isamethod ofpreserving fruits,
vegetables, herbs andmeats byremoving moisture s o
bacteria, yeast a nd moldcannot growand spoil t he
foodThe oven uses anautomatic settemperature and
theconvection fantoremove moisture f rom thefoods
todryand preserve t hem. Note thatover12 hours may
berequired t odrysome foods.
