Cannot print from a NetBIOS/NetBEUI network, or the name of a port is
not displayed for "Print to the following port".

Check the following points then cycle the printer off and on.
• Make sure that the correct type of cable is used to connect the printer to

This printer cannot execute a print job using NetBEUI protocol on a
network where there is a router between the computer used for printing
and the printer. Use another protocol to execute the print job, or send the
print job to a printer where the print job is not sent through a router.
Check the following points:
• Make sure that the correct printer driver has been installed. (Æ Setup
Guide)
• Make sure that correct printer port (print output destination) has been
selected for the printer to be used for printing. In the Control Panel open
the printer folder and then check the output destination.
• Make sure that the setting to finish printing faster has been selected for
Spool Setting. In the Control Panel, open the Printer folder and then
check Spool Setting with the Properties command in the File menu.
