Check the Port Name selection and confirm that IP_xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is
selected, for the Printer Name enter the name of the printer, then click
the Next button.

Follow the instructions on screen.
The printer driver installation begins.
The printer driver and printer port installation are completed after the system
has finished restarting.
Important
z Adding the TCP/IP port enables SNMP as the standard. Do not change this setting
because SNMP manages this board for the printer status manager.

Confirm that "Microsoft TCP/IP Printing" is installed.
 On the desktop, click the Start button, point to Settings, then
click Control Panel.
 Double-click the Network icon.
 Click the Services tab.

z If "Microsoft TCP/IP Printing" is not displayed in the Network Services list, go to
Step 2. If it is in the list, go to Step 3.
