Installing and Configuring Windows NT SNMP Service on a Windows NT
3.51 System
NOTE
If your system is running Windows NT 3.51 Service Pack 4 and above, you must re -install the
Service Pack after you install the SNMP service from the Windows NT CD-ROM.
To install Windows NT SNMP Service on a Windows NT 3.51 system:
1.
Insert the Microsoft Windows NT 3.51 CD-ROM into the system's CD-ROM drive.
2.
Double-click Network in the Control Panel. The Network Settings dialog displays.
3.
Click Add Software. The Add Network Software dialog displays.
4.
In the Network Software list, click TCP/IP Protocol and related components; then click
Continue. The Windows NT TCP/IP Installation Options dialog displays.
