Select the printer driver and click the [Properties] in the [Organize] tab.

The [printer driver properties] dialog box appears.
When using Windows 2000/XP/Server 2003, select [Properties] in the [File] menu.
When you have logged into Windows Vista/Server 2008 with a user account other than Administrator, skip to
step 11 according to the following procedure:
- Right-click on a printer driver, and select [Run as administrator] - [Properties].
- Enter the administrator's password and click [OK].
Click the [Ports] tab and click [Add Port].

The [Printer Ports] dialog box appears.
Select [Standard TCP/IP Port] and click [New Port].
