1. Open the print dialog box.
2. Select Printer Settings from the drop-down list and click the Security Function button.
3. Select the Watermark Settings tab, then select the Watermark check box.
4. Select Text or Image, then click
5. If you select Text, type the watermark text, then select Font and Style. If you select Image, select
an image file (PDF, PNG, or JPG), then click Open.
Note:
❏ To edit the watermark name, double-click the watermark in the List box, then type the
watermark name.
❏ To remove the created watermark, select it from the List box, and click
6. Select a custom water mark that has been saved from the Watermark drop-down list.
Note:
You can register up to 32 custom watermarks.
For Mac OS X 10.4 or below users
1. Open the Print dialog box.
2. Select Printer Settings from the drop-down list, and select the Basic Settings tab.
