Note:
You will have to reset the time if the camera is
unplugged and the batteries are removed for more than
30 minutes.
You can also set the time and date with your computer.

Making camera mode settings

The PhotoPC 850Z has three camera modes to fit your
photographic needs. Each mode gives you a different
amount of control over the camera settings, whether
taking photos with the viewfinder or LCD monitor.
Read this section to choose the appropriate mode, and
to change the mode if necessary.
Choosing a camera mode
Full Auto camera mode
Allows you to take basic photos without having to
make complex settings. Available settings include:
Flash, including auto, forced, red-eye reduction,
and off
Self timer
Image quality

Taking Pictures
Optional zoom
Digital zoom
(when using the LCD monitor)
Macro, Panorama or Normal frame
(when using the LCD monitor)
Quick playpack of photos and messages
(when using the LCD monitor)
Program camera mode
For users who want a moderate amount of control
over the camera's functions. Available settings
include:
All settings available in Full Auto camera mode
Slow sync flash
Sensitivity
Predefined exposure
(when using the LCD monitor)
Fine exposure adjustment (0.5 EV increments)
Basic or custom white balance
