Chapter 5
Using Print Mark to Print Photos
Your PhotoPC 850Z comes with the Print Mark
program that conforms to the new digital print
standard, Digital Print Order Format. The program
makes the DPOF file and saves it in the memory card
installed in your camera. You can print photos in the
memory card easily with the DPOF file.
The DPOF file allows you to select photos to print,
specify the number of copies, and print the index of
photos. Because you can save these print directions in
advance, you can easily print photos with printers that
are compatible with the DPOF standard and EPSON
IP-100. In some countries, you will find photo shops
that can deal with this standard. You do not need to
give them troublesome print directions. Just pass your
memory card to them. They simply set the card to the
DPOF-compatible printer.
This chapter explains how to use Print Mark, and
includes information on the following topics.
Print Mark's features
Making the DPOF file
Confirming and changing the DPOF file
Deleting the DPOF file
LCD monitor messages
