2.2.5.3 Soft Start

When power is supplied capacitor C 1, connected between the CMP
the Trl output at time constant R3 X C2 so that the on-time of Trl gradually becomes longer (Refer
to Wgure 2-1 9.). This circuit smoothes the rising of output votiage Vo and prevents overshoot.
