Flow of Sending Operations

This section describes the flow of basic sending operations.
NOTE
Before using the Fax function, it is useful to read the following topics:
- Main power and control panel power (See Chapter 1, "Before You Start Using This
- Routine maintenance (See Chapter 7, "Routine Maintenance," in the Reference Guide.)
The maximum number of send jobs that the machine can handle is 64. However, the
actual number of send jobs that the machine can handle may be fewer than 64, if multiple
documents are being sent at the same time.
You can print a report that contains the results of all send jobs. (See "TX Report," on p.
7-3.)

If there are no messages displayed, proceed to step 2.

Insert a control card into the optional Card Reader-C1.
