Copying an Entry from the Call histroy

You can copy an entry from the Call History list to the My Contact list.
1. From the main screen, press the [DIRECTORY] button on the remote control or select the [Directory] button on the main screen and press
the [OK] button or press the arrow up button to access the directory.
2. Select the Call History tab.
3. Select the entry you wish to copy to the My Contact tab.
4. Press the yellow

5. Select the [OK] button of the Add to Directory window.
6. Press the [OK] button on the remote control.
If you want to edit the item, change the value before you save it.
NOTE
If you delete the entry from the Call History list, do the following steps.
1. Select the entry you wish to delete and press the yellow
2. Select the [Delete This History] button of the Add to Directory window and press the [OK] button.
Copying an Entry from the
When LDAP is enabled, Coporate Contact is displayed in the Directory.
1. Enter Coporate Contact tab and select a entry and press yellow
2. Copy to My Contact window is displayed and you select [OK] button
3. Press OK button on the remote controller.

Deleting an Entry from the History

1. Enter the Call History
2. Select the entry you wish to delete and press the blue
3. The Delete History window is displayed.
