For the 16-slot chassis only, to gain access to the

power supply slots, remove the plastic air grille bezel
that covers the power supply bay (Figure 37).
With both hands, hold each side of the bezel and
a
push down on the top of the bezel with your
thumbs.
b Gently snap the bottom of the bezel off and then
the top.
For both an 8-slot chassis or 16-slot chassis, set the

power supply's Standby/On switch (Figure 44), which
is located on the front of the power supply, to the
Standby position.
