01. Remove the needle plate.
02. Remove the feed dog.
03. Set the stitch length to either 2 (approx. 2 mm) or 3 (approx. 3 mm) on the scale, depending on the model and
specifications of the machine. (Refer to the table.)
04. Turn the machine pulley to raise the needle bar
for H).

05. Tilt back the machine head, loosen the three screws

09. Turn the screw to adjust so that the distance from the upper edge of the needle hole to the rotary hook tip
1–1.5 mm.
10. After adjustment is completed, insert the needle bar clamp
and check that the distance is 1–1.5 mm.
Secure it by tightening the set screw
11. Install the feed dog.
12. Install the needle plate.

Insert the needle clamp all the way into the needle bar.
